Redeeming a gift card

KnipCloud gift cards can be applied to any booking at any salon on the platform.

Apply at checkout

1. Pick a salon and a service.
2. On the Payment step, click Have a gift card?.
3. Enter the 16-character code from your gift card email.
4. The balance is applied. If the booking total is higher, the remainder is charged to your card.

Saving for later

You can also redeem a code into your wallet from /gift-cards/redeem — the balance lives in your account and is auto-applied to future bookings until it's spent.

Lost code?

Forward your original gift-card email to gift-cards@knipcloud.com and we'll resend it. Codes never expire.
