Delete your KnipCloud account

You can delete your account at any time. Under GDPR you have the right to be forgotten — we honour it without questions.

From the website

1. Sign in and open Account → Privacy.
2. Scroll to Delete account at the bottom.
3. Confirm. Your account is queued for deletion and you're signed out immediately.

What gets deleted

• Profile, email, phone, photo.
• Booking history (anonymised — salons keep aggregate analytics).
• Reviews you've left (the text is retained but the author becomes "Anonymous").
• Loyalty points (forfeited).

What we keep

We retain a minimal record (your account ID, sign-up date, country) for 7 years to satisfy Dutch financial regulations on payment history. No personal data is included.

Reactivating

You have 30 days to change your mind — sign in with your old email and the account is restored. After 30 days, the deletion is irreversible.
