I'm running late — what do I do?

It happens. Here's the fast path.

Use the in-app chat

From your booking page, tap Message salon and send a short heads-up. Most salons hold the chair for 10–15 minutes if you let them know.

Grace windows

Default policy is a 10-minute grace window. After that, the salon may need to either truncate your service or move you to a later slot — they'll confirm by message.

If you're more than 20 minutes late

The salon may need to mark the booking as No-show to release the chair to walk-ins. If this happens, message support and we'll review the case — repeated honest late arrivals don't penalise your account.
