How do I reschedule an appointment?

You can reschedule any upcoming booking right from the KnipCloud app or website. No need to call the salon.
From the website
- Open your Bookings page from the account menu.
- Find the booking and click Reschedule.
- Pick a new day and time from the slots shown.
- Click Confirm — your salon is notified automatically.
Reschedule windows
Free reschedule up to 6 hours before your appointment. Within 6 hours, a 50% deposit may apply depending on the salon's policy.
What if no slots are available?
If your stylist is fully booked, try a different stylist at the same salon, or use Find similar salons to switch venues entirely. Your loyalty points stay with you.
