Most KnipCloud bookings can be cancelled for free up to 24 hours before your appointment.

How it works

Each salon sets its own cancellation policy, which we display on the booking checkout. The default policy across the platform is:

  • More than 24h before: 100% refund, no fee.
  • 6–24h before: 50% refund.
  • Under 6h before: no refund — the slot was reserved exclusively for you.

Late no-shows

If you no-show a booking three times in 90 days, KnipCloud may pause new-booking access until you reach out to support. The flag clears automatically after 60 days of clean bookings.

How to cancel

Open the booking from your Bookings page and tap Cancel. A refund (if applicable) is issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
