How do I reschedule an appointment?

You can reschedule any upcoming booking right from the KnipCloud app or website. No need to call the salon.

From the website

  1. Open your Bookings page from the account menu.
  2. Find the booking and click Reschedule.
  3. Pick a new day and time from the slots shown.
  4. Click Confirm — your salon is notified automatically.

Reschedule windows

Free reschedule up to 6 hours before your appointment. Within 6 hours, a 50% deposit may apply depending on the salon's policy.

What if no slots are available?

If your stylist is fully booked, try a different stylist at the same salon, or use Find similar salons to switch venues entirely. Your loyalty points stay with you.
