Standard card processing applies (2.9% + 30¢, the same as Stripe). Cash transactions are free. KnipCloud takes no platform fee on top — what you charge is what you keep.
What happens after the 30-day trial?+
You pick a plan and we keep going. If you don't pick a plan, your account pauses — your data is safely stored for 90 days while you decide.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do I need to sign a contract?+
No. Cancel any time. No early-termination fees on monthly plans. Yearly plans get a pro-rated refund.
What about salons outside the Netherlands?+
We launched in NL first. UK and Germany are next on the roadmap (Q3 2026). Join the waitlist from our contact page if you want early access.
Do I need any special hardware?+
No. The built-in POS works on any iPad, Android tablet, or laptop. If you want a card reader, we recommend Stripe Terminal — but it's optional.
