How do I message my salon?

Every active booking has a direct chat thread between you and the salon.
Open the chat
From your Bookings page, find the booking and tap Message salon. You can also reach the chat from your Account → Messages screen.
What you can share
- Hair photos for inspiration.
- Allergy notes or product preferences.
- A change-of-plan ("I need to push 15 min later").
- Post-appointment thank-yous (the stylist appreciates it).
Response time
Most salons reply within 30 minutes during business hours. For urgent timing changes you can also call the salon — the phone number is on the booking confirmation.
After the appointment
The chat thread stays open for 14 days after your appointment so you can ask product or maintenance questions. After that it closes — start a new chat with your next booking.
