How loyalty points work

Every booking earns loyalty points. Points add up across salons, not just one — that's the whole point of having an account.

Earning

• 1 point per €1 spent on completed bookings.
• +50 bonus on your birthday week.
• +100 bonus when a friend you referred completes their first booking.

Redeeming

Points unlock free or discounted services from a rotating catalogue: free haircut at 500 points, free colour service at 1,200 points, branded product bundles from 750 points. Open Account → Rewards to see what's currently available.

Tiers

Once you cross 1,000 lifetime points you become Silver. At 5,000 you're Gold — which unlocks priority slots at participating salons and a complimentary cleanse with every colour booking.

Do points expire?

Earned points are valid for 24 months. Use them or lose them. We send a reminder 30 days before expiry.
