How to leave a review

A few minutes after your booking is marked complete, we'll prompt you to rate and review the salon.

What to share

• Star rating (1–5) — required.
• Written review — optional but appreciated.
• Photos — optional, helps other customers.

Public or private

By default your review is public. You can also leave private feedback that only the salon sees — useful when you want to flag something without making it public.

Editing or removing

Open Account → Reviews to edit or delete any review you've left. You can also flag another review for moderation if it looks fake or abusive.

Salons respond

Salons can reply to your review once. That reply is also public. We don't allow back-and-forth threads — it keeps the page useful for new customers.
